Shipping information

I ship internationally from Poland through Polish Post :--)
Shipping to the USA is still suspended. I am sorry for the incovienince.

• International mail usually takes around 30 working days to arrive - it might vary depending on the country.

Please make sure to choose suitable shipping option for your selected items - big items such as plushies, t-shirts, plush keychains, hair clips or tapesties need to be shipped as economy or priority package (depending on your country). Flat/very small items are being delievered as an untracked letter (stickers, prints, pins, acrylic keychains).

• Shipping to Poland through InPost takes 1-2 working days.

Every InPost package is tracked. After I send your order you should receive an email with tracking from InPost!

I try to pack and send your order as soon as possible! It might take a few days, I usually post updates on possible delays on my instagram stories. Made-to-order items (Pestka plushies and Pestka plush keychains) are sewn by me from scratch after you place your order! I usually manage to finish a plushie in 2-3 days and then prepare it for shipping. Thank you for your patience!
