Why didn't my order arrive within approximated delievery time?
Delievery time you see here is only a suggestion. I wrote it down from certain carriers' sites (for abroad shipping it's only my local post service). When it comes to standard mail I send via my local post, it may vary and take much longer than suggested time. I advise choosing "registered" option for tracking! I'm sorry for any inconveniences. I always contain a return adress so if anything possibly goes wrong on my behalf or if a client puts in wrong shipping information by accident the package should safely travel back to me so I can ship it again.
Can I commission you?
You can see my commission status in bio on my Instagram or X. If there's no visible information about my commissions being open or a post with pricing it means they're closed. If I ever open them again I'll make sure to notify you on here as well!
I occasionally open few slots for certain type of items despite my general commissions being closed on my instagram stories (as it's a main social media platform I use). It happens very rarely though :(
